FAQs

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We can ship to most international countries. Some of our ranges have delivery restrictions, but these are detailed on the relevant pages.

 

Do I have to pay VAT or Import duties and taxes?

Items purchased within the EU: All items purchased from countries within the EU will be subject to the UK VAT rate of 17.5%. There will not be any import taxes to pay on items shipped within the EU.

 

Items purchased from outside of the EU: All items purchased from countries outside of the EU are VAT exempt. This will automatically be calculated upon checkout. There will be import duty and  taxes to pay on items shipped to countries outside the EU. These rates vary from country to country. These charges will be levied once the package reaches your country. We are not liable for any import duties or taxes you may incur.

 

Can I pay in my own currency?

You can convert our Sterling prices into your own currency by clicking on the flags at the top right once you have clicked on the image of the watch. (If your flag is not available,  this does not mean you cannot purchase from us, it just means that we do not yet have the price conversion activated for that currency.) By clicking on the flag, all items in our shop will be converted into that currency (these prices are approximate). Upon checkout, the amount payable will be converted back into the UK Sterling price.

 

Are the watches in your shop guaranteed?

Yes. All watches in our shop have an international guarantee of 1-2 years. The guarantee is valid from date of purchase.

 

Are the watches new?

Yes. All watches in our shop are new.

 

Are the watches authentic?

Yes. All watches in our shop are authentic.

 

If I am an international customer and there is a problem with my watch, what should I do?

You should contact us to advise us of the nature of the problem and we will then either request that you send it back to us for repair or direct you to an alternative repair outlet.

 

If I am a UK customer and there is a problem with my watch, what should I do?

We will request that you send the watch back to us for repair.

 

If I do not like that watch that I have purchased, can I return it?

Yes you can. We offer a 7 day refund policy. Please see here for further details: Returns policy

 

If you are shipping internationally, can you declare the item as a gift or for a lesser amount?

No. All items that are shipped will be declared as commercial goods and at the correct value.

 

Do you have an actual shop?

No, we currently only sell online, however, due to the expanding nature of our business, we are in the process of establishing premises for our first bricks and mortar 'Unusual Watches' shop.
